FEE STRUCTURE
“Valid Partners” will receive a commission of each direct sale made through one of their links.
“Valid Partner” is defined as an affiliate that has at least one conversion over the last 60 days. If 60 days lapse between conversions, the affiliate will have to reapply to the program.
Partner commission is 10% of any sale made through the partners links. Commissions exclude sales tax.

VIP PARTNER PROGRAM FEE STATEMENT
FEE STRUCTURE
“VIP Partners” will receive a commission of each direct sale made through their links. “VIP Partner” is defined as an affiliate that has at least one conversion over the last 60 days. If 60 days lapse between conversions, the partner will have to reapply to the program.
Valid Partner commission is 10% of any sale made through the partners links and 1% of all future transactions from that customer. Commissions exclude sales tax. Should the partner fail to have any conversions over any 60-day period they will lose their VIP Partner status and will need to reapply for the partner program. Once VIP partner status is lost the partner will no longer receive 1% of continuing customer sales. VIP partners cannot regain VIP partner status after it has been lost.
