This is a 100 ounce hydration bladder. The bladder includes a durable hose and the bladder is lightweight and durable as well. the bladder is filled by opening the screw cap on the front with has a retention thong.

    This product is quality bladder; for the price. I use it for hiking long range over rough terrain. No leakage from this lightweight bladder. Perfect.

    The bladder measures 7" x 18 3/4" when laid flat. It is nearly identical in size to the military issue bladders.
