Description
This is a MOLLE IFAK pouch with a removable insert. The IFAK pouch is slightly larger than standard issue IFAKs with a different insert. The insert has elastic bands to hold medical supplies and a mesh pocket for loose items. You secure the insert with an adjustable cord.
