This is a 9x3x5 Utility Pouch form Eagle Industries. The pouch is a medium horizontal general purpose pouch that is great for carrying a lot of different gear. Dual zippers keep your gear secure in the pouch, while elastic bands give you a little bit of organization for gear. MOLLE straps allow the pouch to be mounted pretty much anywhere. Whether you place this pouch on your chest rig, plate carrier or backpack this is a rugged and simple pouch that keeps your gear secure and easy to get to.

- Water Resistant – It can be exposed to water for a short period of time without being damaged or saturated with water. Generally not recommended to submerge Water Resistant items unless item is made for that level of exposure.
- Pouch Drainage Grommet – This pouch has a drainage grommet at the bottom of the pouch. This allows water to drain from the pouch in wet environments and keeps you from getting weighed down by accumulated water.
