This is a H Gear Harness from Eagle Industries. This harness is similar to the standard H Harness but with a different style waist portion. The Army replaced the old adjustment straps with an elastic band. This band is conveniently integrated between the back and sides. The waist has MOLLE webbing, so you can mount your pouches easily. Also, you can easily adjust this harness for a custom fit.
