Alright- These things are pretty awesome.
So, I have dropped a lot of cash on plenty of taco style pouches, kydex etc. The only issue is they are not utilitarian, meaning I have to dedicate them to one pistol/ platform. In the end, that isnt a bad thing- however I gave these a shot to see if they would work with glock, beretta and CZ pattern mags. They do. NOW they are tight if you plan on using them with glock mags. However, they do break in quickly and will still hold retention on other magazines as well. I didnt know the differnece on these so I bough 2 of the v2 abd 2 of the originals. The v2s are a little more easier to break in, other than that- they just appear to be newer. I threw them on a battle belt with the padded eagle industries holster. After larping around the house for a few hours the glock mags were working fine and I was back to my standard crappy reloads. ( I am not tactical, but like to shoot) Point being, these work great- I hate using the term ” for the price” because I feel that it devalues the product- however for what these cost, they are hard to beat. Especially if you like surplus gear and use your stuff. I typcially use my gear quite a bit and hate wasting my time and money on shit that doesnt work. So, I was very please with these pouches.
