These are Padded War Belts from Eagle Industries. The belts have MOLLE webbing on the outside for easily mounting pouches and other accessories. The padding is thin, yet it still makes the belt comfortable to wear. There is a large adjustable buckle for wearing the belt. You can mount Eagle Industries War Belt Suspenders or other compatible suspenders using the mounting points.
