This is a plate carrier backpack adapter from Eagle Industries. The adapter mounts to compatible body armor shoulder straps with hook and loop. When attached the adapter allows the user to attach backpacks or other compatible gear directly to the body armor. The adapter has a standard sized Female buckle.
