Description
This medical pouch is a great way to keep your medical items on your person or kit. You can mount this medical pouch to any MOLLE compatible surface. A zipper secures the pouch closed with two zipper pulls. Inside, elastic bands keep all your supplies secured and organized. This is the pouch that US special forces used as an IFAK.
*Coyote Pouches vary in Shade and Depth of Color! Shades vary from a typical Coyote Brown, to a Dark “Coyote” Khaki-ish color!
Features:
- MOLLE Compatible – This item is compatible with MOLLE webbing.
- 2 MOLLE Straps – This pouch has 2 MOLLE straps to attach it to MOLLE webbing.
- Zipper Closure – Has a zipper to secure contents stored inside.
- General Purpose Pouch – This pouch can be used as a general purpose pouch to hold similarly sized items, that you need easy access to, on your kit or gear.
- Internal Organizer – Has elastic bands or slots inside for organizing gear and supplies.
- Water Resistant – It can be exposed to water for a short period of time without being damaged or saturated with water. Generally not recommended to submerge Water Resistant items unless item is made for that level of exposure.
- Pouch Drainage Grommet – This pouch has a drainage grommet at the bottom of the pouch. This allows water to drain from the pouch in wet environments and keeps you from getting weighed down by accumulated water.
- 1000 Denier Material – Made from 1000 Denier material which is a heavy duty canvas type material that allows it to be water and abrasion resistant. This makes it extra durable.

Bought this pouch used and it appears relatively new and possibly unissued. I didn’t think that I could do it at first but I was able to fit the following IFAK supplies:
-one 8” Israeli abdominal/stump bandage
-two 6” Israeli bandages
-two twin packs of NAR Hyfin Vent Chest seals
-one NAR CAT 7 tourniquet
-one trauma shear scissors
– two Dynarex CPR face shields.
All the IFAK supplies were also purchased here at Venture surplus. Those items plus the SOF Medical Pouch totaled $98.18. Pretty awesome deal and I’ll probably be back to put together another IFAK.

Ordered a defective quality pouch. I chuckled a bit when I pulled it out of the box to have a look. The pouch would 100% be able to be issued in most units. It looks like someone glued a medical patch to it at one point. Everything was removed quite well actually. All that is left is a bit of fabric stiffness from where the adhesive was. Next to no discoloration.

Ordered the defective product and all it had was a small black smudge on it. The pouch was perfectly intact and usable otherwise. Great quality for the price.

I ordered the “defective” grade pouch. The red cross was faded, like in the pictures, but the pouch was in great condition otherwise. I wouldn’t hesitate to order other “defective” products in the future. Seems like a great way to get items that are in perfect working order at a great price. I’m very satisfied with my purchase!

I ordered 2 “Defective” grade pouches as well. They came 100% functional. I had to really look hard to find any signs of use. Only thing I could find was small stain spots on them, other than that the pouch was in really nice condition throughout the exterior and interior. The interior looked like it hadn’t even been used much. Plenty rugged piece of kit and tons of options to customize this into a GP pouch, IFAK, etc. Very satisfied and would recommend.
