These are horizontal pouch adapters from Eagle Industries. The adapter allow the user for mount pouches horizontally on vertical MOLLE webbing. The adapter MOLLE attaches to MOLLE webbing.
The 5KH line is lighter weight than the older generation, but not a Version 2 piece of gear.

I tried pairing one of the speed mag holders with this to mount a magazine “Heat” (the movie) style – horizontally. Good Eagle quality on the material, but be aware the vertical adapter straps will not play well with narrower molle slots – they seem to need the wider Eagle-style ones for proper fitment. For commercial molle gear they are about 2.5 slots wide, so you either have to scrunch it or stretch it. Either works but neither is ideal.
