This is an IFAK kit from Eleven 10 Gear. The kit includes a rigid tourniquet case as well as a Mini Blow Out Kit (MBOK). You can mount the pouches to a belt adapter that can be removed. You can remove the pouches and mount them to MOLLE compatible surfaces.

The tourniquet case has a removable hood for holding the tourniquet secure. The rigid case solidly retains the tourniquet as well. The MBOK has an elastic sleeve holding the IFAK insert securely. You can remove the insert by pulling from either up or down.

Just as described in great condition. Came with extra mounting hardware (but we all know one wrap is the way to attach pouches).
Venture Surplus is good people and this is a great IFAK to mount right behind holsters.

If you look deep into the internets you might see that this medkit was designed initially with the help of blue force gear, and is basically identical to their micro trauma now pouch that retails for $75. You also get a molle and belt attachment, as well as an additional TQ hard case for $50.
I was looking for a new IFAK and I think I just missed it as they got rid of the units that had the expired med contents included. It was probably a slightly better deal before all of those went away, but still an amazing deal for what you are getting.
