First Spear Ranger Med Pouch

These are new ranger med pouches from First Spear. These med pouches are a versatile way to carry your IFAK. The kit includes both a IFAK pouch and thong to hold it in. Both the thong and IFAK can be worn separately and have MOLLE webbing on the back. The thong holds the IFAK secure and allows it to be drawn and used stand alone. The thong hold the the IFAK secure with a a flap that hooks onto the front of the webbing that is elastic to hold the IFAK tight. The IFAK has a zipper closure with two zipper pulls. Inside the IFAK are multiple elastic loops to hold and organize supplies.
