Gerber Entrenching Tool, E-Tool

Description

These are Gerber Entrenching Tools. These E-Tools are the non-serrated version of the Gerber Entrenching Tool. The Gerber E-Tool features a tri-fold design, steel shovel head and polymer handle. Gerber E-Tools folds into a similar footprint as the USGI E-tool and will usually fit in issued E-Tool pouches. There are two usable positions, 90 degrees and 180 degrees, with 90 being better for chopping through roots or getting through tough soil, while 180 degrees is best for simple digging. Overall, this is a great alternative to the USGI E-tool and fits right at home in any camping or survival kit
