This is a Penetrating Chest Injury Kit from H&H. H&H makes premium medical equipment that is widely used by the US Military and other medical providers. This kit includes 1 Bolin Chest Seal, and 1 H&H Wound Seal Kit, with an ABD pad in each to prevent blood and other bodily fluids from interfering with the seal around the wound. Chest Seals are used immediately after a penetrating trauma to the chest causing a sucking chest wound.
