These M-12 holsters are a go-to universal holster. Secure your pistol with a simple flap. This holster fits most full sized semi-automatic pistols. You can mount this holster to any wide and stiff belt, though it was made for mounting to ALICE pistol belts. You can remove the flap and place it on either side, therefore making this holster ambidextrous. Also, stash your cleaning rod using the holster’s built in slot.
Features of the M12 Holster
Bianchi International developed the M12 Hip Holster for the US and NATO military forces. Bianchi intended this holster for the M9 9mm pistol, and is one of the first truly versatile military holsters. You can use this holster ambidextrously. You can wear the holster on either the web pistol belt or the garrison belt. The user can carry your firearm in extreme weather, because it is made from special materials to provide padded protection for the pistol and to resist temperature and weather extremes.
It features a Quick-Lock belt fastener that enables speedy attachment to the belt even in cold weather, and a built-in cleaning rod for field convenience. The M12’s high ride eliminates any need for a tie-down, and its easily cleaned with soap and water.
Maintenance of the M12 Holster
Clean this holster using mild soap, and warm water. You can scrub it with a soft bristle brush when necessary. Soaking this holster in water for prolonged periods is not necessary.
After you rinse the holster, allow it to dry naturally at room temperature. You should store this holster in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.
We also recommend you examine your holster on a regular basis for any damage caused by abrasion, chemicals or other field abuse.
Note: The materials used in the M12 are resistant to brief contact with most chemicals found in the field. You should, however, avoid prolonged contact or immersion in ANY chemical. This includes fuels and decontaminating agents. After contact with ANY chemical, you should clean the holster.

Mine looked new. No fraying, everything was as it should be. Perfect fit for 1911, Sig P226, and SW MP9 m2 (5″ barrel) . It even held a 4″ Ruger GP100 ( a little snug but workable).
