These are shoulder pads from the Eagle Industries MSAP Kit. They attach to most slim shoulder straps on plate carriers and add substantial comfort. They attach with adjustable hook and loop fasteners and could easily be used to route comms cables of hydration tubes. Overall these are a quick and easy upgrade to make your carrier a lot more comfortable.
