These are Mystery Ranch PRC-117G Radio Pouches. These pouches are designed to allow an individual to easily mount a PRC-117G radio to their equipment whether that be their body armor or backpack. Pouches are constructed from 500D Cordura material ensuring a lightweight but durable pouch. Additionally, the pouches feature a single large zippered compartment for the radio itself, lower extra battery compartment that is secured with hook & loop/ buckle closure, mounts via 2 MOLLE straps and has a mesh pouch face to allow the radio to vent heat. While initially designed for use with the PRC-117G these radio pouches can also be used by individuals building personal civilian man pack radios. Overall, these are a solid way to carry a man pack radio regardless of whether your civilian or military.
