This is a Mystery Ranch RATS (Rapid Access Trauma System) Pack. The RATS is a frontline medic pack designed with quick, one hand use in mind. The pack features multiple shear/TQ holders throughout, large reinforced handle, 4 removable pockets, 2 IV pockets, external MOLLE webbing, 2 external zippered pockets, 300 cubic inch lower zippered compartment, 2 internal sleeves, internal trash pockets, clamshell top lid with elastic loops, removable bolsters and NICE Frame compatibility. The packs total volume is roughly 1400 cubic inches of space in total and weighs about 7 pounds unloaded. Overall this a great larger trauma pack for squad/platoon sized elements.

Features:

• Removable Internal Pockets – There are pockets in the inside that can be taken out. Pockets are secured with either hook and loop or buckles.
• MOLLE Webbing – MOLLE webbing on exterior for attaching additional pouches and accessories.
• Zippered Pockets – Pockets have a zipper closure to secure contents.
• Large Zippered Main Compartment – This has a large main storage compartment that is closed with a zipper.
• Water Resistant – It can be exposed to water for a short period of time without being damaged or saturated with water. Generally not recommended to submerge Water Resistant items unless item is made for that level of exposure.
• Adjustable Padded Shoulder Straps – This has adjustable padded shoulder straps for extra comfort when carrying a load.
• Shoulder Strap Sternum Strap – Straps have a buckled sternum strap for comfort when carrying large loads.
• Exterior Hook and Loop Fields – There is hook and loop on the outside of the pouch for attaching ID and other patches.
