This is the SIRK kit from North American Rescue. Each kit can be used as a IFAK refill, or as a IFAK on it’s own. In its packaging the kit easily fits into large cargo pockets, aka BDU/ACU/MCCU/Uniform pockets, and standard sized IFAK pouches when broken down. Included are the basics of what you need in a standard IFAK and even a 9 Line MEDEVAC card. If you’re looking for an easy way to get up to date med supplies you need all at once this is the way to go.
