These are double 9mm mag pouches from Paraclete. The pouch can hold most double stack 9mm mags. The pouch is secured closed with a flap with hook and loop. The pouch can be mounted to any MOLLE compatible surface.
These pouches come in pre-MSA manufacture. Pre-MSA pouches have a collectors value as they are of earlier make and more rare.
