While the PCU system is similar to ECWCS, it is only issued out to those in cool guy positions such as SEALs or SOCOM. The jackets are constructed from a 100% nylon shell that is lightweight as well as water and wind resistant. These PCU Level 5’s feature a full length zipper closure, zippered chest pockets, zippered shoulder pockets, zippered pit vents, adjustable sleeve cuffs, stowable hood with drawstring, 4×4 inch loop slots and a hang loop at the back of the collar.
