These are Gen II Waterproof Parkas from Propper. These parkas are an excellent way to still get out and enjoy nature even if the weather is less than optimal. The Propper Gen II Waterproof Parka is modeled after the USGI APECS Parka that is used throughout the US Military and has many of the same features. The parkas feature a 100% nylon construction, full length zipper closure with a button snap flap, flapped waist pockets with additional hand pockets behind them, shoulder pockets, interior chest pocket, jacket drawstring, armpit vent zippers, adjustable sleeve cuffs and a hood with cinch that can be stowed within the collar. All seams are patched with waterproof seam tape, ensuring regardless of the downpour this jacket will keep you dry.
