These are Snugpak Softie 3 Merlin Sleeping Bags. The Softie series of sleeping bags is designed to help you sleep comfortably no matter the weather. Like the Softie Jacket the Softie Sleeping Bag works on a “Level” system, these levels being 3, 6 and 9. The higher the number the more insulated the bag. All Softie Sleeping bags are constructed from a Paratex Steelplate material outer, Paratex Light inner material with a Reflectatherm and Softie Premier fill. The Snugpak Softie 3 Merlin is designed to be used in temperature ranges of 41 to 32 degrees Fahrenheit. The Softie 3 Merlin features a mummy sleeping bag shape with right hand 2-way zipper, full length baffle along the zipper, a draft collar/ snugfit hood, reinforced foot lining and hang dry tabs. Additionally, the Softie 3 Merlin is both water and wind resistant and includes a stuff sack for convenient storage when not in use.
