These are T3 Gear Handcuff Pouches. These pouches are designed to hold a single pair of chained handcuffs. The pouches feature a hook and loop closure, flap pull tab and 2 MOLLE straps. Pouches are MOLLE/ PALS compatible allowing users to mount them on both belts and plate carriers. Overall, these are a simple but solid handcuff pouch.
