These are Adaptive First Aid Kit (AFAK) Pouches from Tactical Medical Solutions. These pouches are designed to give the user greater flexibility out of a mounted IFAK by allowing for one hand operation as well as being able to mount both vertically and horizontally. The pouches feature a hook & loop closure, IFAK insert pull tab, loop field on front for identifiers and vertical/horizontal orientated MOLLE for mounting. The pull tab is a 1 inch piece of webbing that runs inside the pouch that allows for seamless onehanded operation of the pouch. By simply pulling the tab away from the mouth of the pouch you pull the insert into the hook & loop closure, this breaks the seal and pulls the insert from the pouch allowing for it to be recovered. These accept the purpose made insert and can also fit condensed (underfilled) USGI IFAK Inserts. Overall, this is a very flexible and innovative IFAK pouch that sure to impress no matter where it’s mounted.

These Tac Med Solutions AFAK Pouches DO NOT include the insert. It is just the outer pouch/sleeve!
