TacMed Solutions Foxtrot Roll-Up Litter

Description

This is a Foxtrot roll-up litter with carrier from TacMed Solutions. It allows a litter to be man portable, rather than being staged at a Casualty Collection point, CCP, or on a vehicle, allowing for rapid access to a higher level of care. The litter can be deployed and used by one person with the included drag straps, and can be accessed quickly without removing the pack or gear the carrying case is attached to. Casualties are held securely with the included straps, which can be fastened hastily by simply sliding the hook and loop strap through the D-Rings and fastening it to itself, or more securely by routing it through the D-Rings to create additional friction. This is recommended for longer transports or if uneven terrain is expected. Three handles on each side, as well as a handle at the head and feet of the litter, allow for a larger team to carry an injured person. The included carrying case features MOLLE webbing to attach additional supplies, and can easily be lashed onto a pack, or attached to another piece of kit to suit the user’s needs. Overall, this is a great litter that is man portable and relatively compact, allowing it to be there when you need it most.
