These are EMS trauma shears from Curaplex. Trauma shears allow a trained user to cut away clothing and gear from injured person rapidly and get to wounds. The trauma shears easily fit into most full sized Army IFAK kits and are a great add on to any first aid kit. Every IFAK, or other first aid kit, should have a pair of trauma shears.
