This is a Tru Spec H2O ECWCS Parka in UCP. These parkas are based on the standard issue cold/wet weather parka that was issued within the US Military. The Tru Spec H2O ECWCS Parka features a nylon shell, removable fleece liner, zipper/snap button closure, rank slot, shoulder pocket, waist pockets, adjustable sleeve cuffs, hood with cinch, waist cinch and pit zippers for ventilation. Features:

• Hood With Adjustable Drawstring – This item has a hood with an adjustable drawstring.
