Design features of the Tru-Spec Xtreme Shirt are 2-way zipper/ hook & loop shirt closure, mesh upper interior with bellowed back for ventilation, reinforced elbows, side swappable tri-fold document/pen holder (see pictures), hook & loop adjustable sleeve cuffs as well as hook & loop closure chest & shoulder pockets. In addition to the hook and loop closure on the chest & shoulder pockets there is an additional zippered pocket underneath each pocket, this is a handy feature for those who like to better organize the items they keep on them.
