These are Kestrel Weather Meter Pouches from TYR Tactical. These pouches are designed to carry a Kestrel Weather Meter and are compatible with Kestrel 1000-5000 series devices. The pouches feature a hook & loop flap closure, drainage grommet, mounts via 1 MOLLE strap, external elastic loop and feature what TYR calls a “PV material” lining enhances the pouches overall durability preventing things from stabbing their way through the pouch.
