This is a US Army 198th Infantry Brigade patch. This is a current era full color patch. The 198th Infantry Brigade has been activated or deactivated twice in its history. These activity dates are 1967-1971 and 2007 to present. As of its 2007 activation the 198th has been part of the US Army Infantry School at Fort Moore (formerly Fort Benning) in Georgia.
