My “defective” ACU just arrived – paid $19.95 now $$14.95 as I’m writing this review. Somewhat faded, but no damage other than one absent buckle (read on). Great value at either price. Mine included the stiffener tho it is pretty worn out, and pack appears to be missing one buckle which I think is for going around the waist but whomever was issued this pack never used it because its partner strap is still rubber-banded and tucked away. Anyway, this is sturdy pack with a TON of straps. I was never in the army so I don’t know what the heck they are all for but they’re everywhere. Cool. Going to set this up as a bug-out type bag. Anyway, don’t be put off too much by digital vomit ACU. It accepts spray paint pretty well!
