Description
These are 64th Brigade Support Battalion (BSB) Unit Crest Pins. These crests are authorized for wear on a Soldier’s dress uniform indicating their affiliation with that unit. The 64th BSB was originally constituted into the regular army in April of 1942 as the 64th Quartermaster Battalion. Throughout their history the 64th Brigade Support Battalion was activated and deactivated several times, these activity dates are 1942-1949, 1950-1953, 1963-1970, 1975-1984 and 1987 to present. The 64th BSB is currently attached to the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division and is stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado.
