Description

This is a US Army 7th Infantry Division. This is a vintage full color patch. The 7th Infantry Division has been activated and deactivated several times in its history and has participated in most US conflicts through the 20th century. These activity dates are 1917-1921, 1940-1971, 1974-1994, 1999-2006 and 2012 to present. The 7th Infantry Division is one of a few US Army units to participate in the Pacific theater during WWII. During this time they were present at the battles for the Aleutian Islands, Marshall Islands, Leyte and Okinawa.
