Boots conform to the Department of the Army’s Pamphlet 670-1 (DA PAM 670-1) regulations on boots. Due to the Army’s adoption of OCP these regulations were updated, making the Desert Tan version of Hot Weather Combat Boot no longer regulation for wear on duty as of October 2019. These US Army Hot Weather Combat Boots feature a desert/ sand colored, flesh side out cattle hide and nylon duck construction, rubber or pure polyether polyurethane soles, removeable cushion insert, closed loop speed lace system and drainage eyelets.
