Description
These are improved rain suit trousers that were used in the US Army. You wear them over the combat uniform pants. Also, two flap pockets allow for access the pockets of layers underneath. The pants have zippered legs for when donning and doffing when wearing boots. The pants are lightweight and easily packable.
