These soft armor panels are SURPLUS and do not carry any warranty. Panels may be past their manufacturer’s set expiration date. The end user accepts all the liability that comes with purchasing and using previously owned armor components. Any PPE or armor related components should be inspected before being pushed back into service.

These are US Army IOTV Deltoid Soft Armor Panels. These panels are a component of the IOTV deltoid protector and grant the user additional protection when paired with the IOTV. Panels are tested and rated to the NIJ’s 0101.06 standard for level IIIA soft armor to resist 9mm or lesser threats. Panels must be pair with their respective sized deltoid protector cover to ensure correct fitment.
