These are USGI Front Yoke and Collar Assemblies for the Gen 3 Improved Outer Tactical Vest (IOTV). These assemblies are a component of the US Army’s IOTV which was adopted to replace the aging Interceptor Body Armor (IBA). These yoke and collars mount to the IOTVs front plate bag adding protection around the end users’ neck from minor ballistic threats when worn with intended soft armor insert. The yoke and Collar attaches via 4 MOLLE style straps with button snaps and includes the protective ballistic insert.
