The US Military uses and trusts this holster extender. The extender mounts issued holsters in a drop leg style. You can mount this extender to any MOLLE surface, because it has MOLLE webbing on the back. The equipment you can mount this extender to includes War Belts as well as duty belts. You can easily adjust this extender. Also, there is a strap that secures the muzzle end of the holster. You can mount any MOLLE compatible holster to the front of the extender.

Bought used, for $1. Not sure what to do with them, but quality is top-notch. the only thing “used” about mine is the US logo is kind of blurry on two of them. If you were to combine these with a couple of cheap grenade pouches, you would have a nifty way of carrying some smaller items either dropped down on you leg, or wrapped around a roll bar or something else (the molle straps on the panels are very long, see 3rd pic)
