Description
These are APECS wet weather pants in NWU Type III (or, AOR2) that are used by the US Navy. These pants are meant to be worn over other layers and are water and wind proof for cold and wet weather environments. The waist pockets are pass throughs to allow access to layers worn underneath, but the cargo pockets do function normally. There are zippers from the ankles to the knees to allow for easy donning and doffing while wearing boots. The waist has an adjustable drawstring, but also includes belt loops that are compatible with standard uniform or rigger’s belts. Overall these are a great pair of pants to keep you dry in the rain or snow.
