The vintage extreme cold weather parka liners are designed to be buttoned up to the old style extreme cold weather parkas, Pre M65. The liners are lightweight, warm and water and wind resistant.
This is an extreme cold weather parka LINER! It is meant to be button inside the extreme cold weather parka. It is NOT meant to be worn as a stand alone jacket!
