Description
This is a pouch made by Harris to fit their MBITR Radios that are used by the US Military. These pouches are very simple in construction, but do offer padding throughout the pouch to protect your radio. There is an adjustable length of cord to retain your radio, and cutouts on the pouch to allow screens and buttons to be used. The pouch is MOLLE and ALICE compatible, allowing it to be mounted to most LBE systems. Overall this is a great pouch if you need a no frills solution to carry your MBITR Radio.
Features:
- ALICE Compatible – This item uses the ALICE, All-Purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment, system. This system was used by the US Military starting in 1973 and was replaced with MOLLE gear. The system uses simple metal clips (slide, belt keepers) to mount pouches and accessories to webbing on gear and equipment.
- MOLLE Compatible – This item is compatible with MOLLE webbing.
- Fits MBITR Tactical Radios – MBITR and other medium sized tactical hand held radios can fit in this pouch. May not fit Harris 152 Radios.
- Padded Pouch – Pouch or pocket is padded to protect items secured inside.
