These soft armor panels are SURPLUS and do not carry any warranty. Panels may be past their manufacturer’s set expiration date. The end user accepts all the liability that comes with purchasing and using previously owned armor components. Any PPE or armor related components should be inspected before being pushed back into service.

These are USGI IBA Deltoid Soft Armor Panels. These panels are a component of the IBA deltoid protector and grant the user additional protection when paired with the IBA. Panels are tested and rated to the NIJ’s 0101.06 standard for level IIIA soft armor to resist 9mm or lesser threats. IBA soft armor panels are ONE SIZE and will fit in any IBA deltoid protector cover.
