These are Camelbak Ambush hydration carrier made for the USMC. It can carry a 100oz (3L) bladder, and some small items in its two GP pockets. Both GP pouches open with a zipper, with the top pouch being wider and flatter. The bottom pouch offers a bit more space, with two mesh dividers that could be used to carry various small items like water purification tabs, electrolyte tabs, or whatever else you may want with your water source. A zipper along the side gives you easy access to the bladder and hose without needing to completely remove it from the carrier. This can be worn with the included backpack straps, or attached to a plate carrier or backpack by attaching buckles to the included loops on the sides, and clipping it into MOLLE. There is also a small loop field on the top for attaching nametapes.
