This is a Medium MOLLE Reversible Pouch that is used in the USMC. The pouch is reversible, with one side having MOLLE webbing, and the other side having hook & loop. When the Hook side is out, there is a handle allowing for easy removing of the pouch from its mounting surface. The MOLLE side allows for easy mounting to any compatible surface. The dual zippers have pulls on both sides, allowing you to still easily use the zipper either way it is flipped. The back portion of the pouch is padded, which helps protect contents to an extent. This is a great multipurpose pouch for compatible medic bags or packs lined with loop field, for use as a small GP pouch or just for use as a packing square.
