Medium: 38-46 inch waist
Large: 48-56 inch waist
These are USMC Padded Sub Belts. These belts are currently issued within the Marine Corps and are used by Marines to carry additional equipment that may not fit on the user’s armor or chest rig. The USMC Padded Sub Belt features a 2 inch buckle closure, padded belt backing, generous amounts of MOLLE webbing (3 rows high) as well as featuring suspender points for both 3 and 4 point suspenders. Included with each belt is a set of 3 point suspenders to help you get the weight off your hips when carrying those heavier loads. Overall, these are a great add to any kit when there’s a need to bring more equipment to the party than your mainline kit can support!

The following information is located in our item description however a Large USMC Padded Sub Belt can be adjusted from 48-56 inches so it should fit waists of similar size. Please note since the belts are designed to be worn over your outer layers they do run bigger than a normal pants belt would.
Does the belt sag under heavy load? - A
We've had no issue with kits that weigh between 20 to 25 pounds when the belt has been properly adjusted.

My rating is for this item as it comes (although I think 4.5 would be more accurate). The harness is not comfortable as is. There’s a video by VS suggesting the use of the Condor harness, which I have to agree with. As the bases for a harness system this is pretty good. I’m quite happy with it.

This belt is super underrated. It is super comfortable as a belt, and it doesn’t need the harness unless you absolutely need it. One con of this rig is the molle space. It is not as much as you think there is, but you can still fit a good amount. I put 2 M67 frag pouches, a speed loader, TQ pouch and the USMC dump and sustainment pouches on it. I filled every row of molle and it still is comfortable to wear. If you want a cheap reliable belt, get this
