This US Navy Khaki Dress uniform would have been worn by a Chief Petty Officer who was an Electricians Mate who had 16 years of service in the Navy. This particular uniform would have likely been worn in the 1960s/ 1970’s, this is backed up due to the tailor who created the uniform (Esquire Naval Tailor out of Norfolk, VA) and the material content being a dracon and wool blend.
