Wiggy’s “Woobie” Poncho Liner

Description

These are “Woobie” Poncho Liners from Wiggy’s. The outside is made of a very water resistant Taslite material, with the inside being Nylon Taffeta, the same fill as all of Wiggy’s sleeping bags. These are dimensionally similar to the USGI Woobies, at 60×90 inches, but the material is much softer and feels more like a normal blanket. The fill is sewn in a simple column fashion, roughly 4-5 inches apart, as opposed to the quilt-style stitching on the USGI version. The different material and construction, from USGI Woobies, gives the blanket a sturdier feel that is also more blanket like. Overall this is a great alternative to a USGI Woobie that is built for rugged use.

Features:

• Water Resistant – It can be exposed to water for a short period of time without being damaged or saturated with water. Generally not recommended to submerge Water Resistant items unless item is made for that level of exposure.
• String Tie Downs – There are strings along the corner and side for down or attaching to other pieces of gear.
