We know it is frustrating to buy a piece of clothing just to find out it doesn’t fit properly and then have to pay to return it which is the main reason we offer FREE returns for items from orders over $80*. We stand by our products and guarantee them to work as expected, even our used products. Some conditions do apply. Please read our entire return policy below.
Returns are easy. Just email us with your order number and reason for return and we will send you a prepaid return label. All you have to do is place that return label on the return package and give it to your mailman or take it to a UPS drop point.
Orders for Sale items are final. Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted for items that were purchased at a sale price.
All items must be returned undamaged with tags still attached (if applicable) within 30 days of purchase. Any item that is returned in any condition other than the original condition will be subject to restocking fee of up to 50%. To avoid restocking fees do not remove tags from clothing until after it has been tried on and fits as expected. We accept all returns with the exception of consumables such as MRE’s, chem-lights, batteries, medical supplies etc.
Please note: Returns must be mailed back to Venture Surplus within 14 days of the return being started. The prepaid return labels that we provide are void after 14 days and will no longer work. Returns that are not sent back to Venture Surplus within the 14-day window (after the label is received) are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
*All returns are free for orders that totaled $80 or more. Basically, if your shipping was free, your return will be free. If the order was less than $80 then you (the buyer) are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will send you a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund. If an item is being returned due to a mistake on our end, we will send you a prepaid label and cover the return shipping cost. Only one return per order.
*Here’s the deal on closeout sales. NO RETURNS. The prices are very low and we are trying to get rid of this stuff so we can’t be taking it back. NO PRICE MATCHING. We cannot price match closeout sales. Again, this is because we are closing this stuff out at insanely low prices.
