We know its frustrating to buy a piece of clothing just to find out it doesn’t fit properly and then have to pay to return it which is the main reason we offer FREE returns. We stand by our products and guarantee them to work as expected, even our used products.
All items must be returned undamaged with tags still attached (if applicable) within 30 days of purchase. Any item that is returned in any condition other than the original condition will be subject to restocking fee of up to 50%. To avoid restocking fees do not remove tags from clothing until after its been tried on and fits as expected. We accept all returns with the exception of consumables such as MRE’s, chemlights, batteries, medical supplies etc.
Returns are easy. Just email us with your order number and reason for return and we will send you a prepaid return label. All you have to do is place that return label on the return package and give it to your mailman. No need to drive to the post office or UPS dropoff, your mailman will take care of that for you.
